About payment methods

One-time payment only.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.

◯Cash on delivery

Returns and cancellations

*If the item has been washed, cleaned, or altered
*If there is any rubbing when wearing accessories etc.
*If the product is deemed to have been used (please try on shoes indoors)

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will process your refund within 7 business days using the following method. We will notify you by email once we have confirmed the arrival of your returned item and the refund process has been completed. *Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited after processing.
・If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed via the credit card company. Return shipping fees

About exchanges

Exchange shipping fees

Regarding defective products

If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange or refund the product. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 10 days of receiving the product, stating your name and order number. If you wish to return the product, we will inform you of the refund method, and if you wish to exchange the product, we will inform you of the exchange method.
